Open Box Delivery – Inspect Before You Accept

Most Ivoric orders include Open Box Delivery to ensure:

  • Correct product is delivered (style, color, size)
  • Item is free from damage or defects

Inspect the item at the time of delivery. Once accepted, it is considered confirmed.

Return Eligibility
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags, labels, and Ivoric Return Seal intact
  • Return raised within 7 days of delivery

No returns for worn, damaged, or tampered products.

How to Request a Return
  1. Login at www.ivoric.in
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Click Request Return with reason + images
  4. Wait for confirmation via email or call

Return Pickup & Shipping

We offer reverse pickup in select areas. Return shipping may apply for size or dissatisfaction returns.

Refund Process
  • Refunds processed in 7–10 business days
  • Refund via original method or bank transfer (for COD)
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Used or damaged items
  • Broken/missing return seals
Order Cancellations & Exchanges

Cancel before dispatch. No direct exchange – return & reorder instead.
