Every order earns Ivy Points based on your tier. Points credit to your balance once your order is delivered and the 7-day return window has passed.

Create Account1 Ivy Point = ₹1. At checkout you can use up to 20% of your cart total as points. So a ₹2,000 order lets you apply up to ₹400 in points if your balance allows it.
Returns are free for 7 days. If you return an order, we don't want to claw points back — so we hold them as "pending" for a week, then credit them to your balance. You'll see pending transactions clearly marked in your history.
Tiers are based on rolling 12-month spend. If you slow down, you may move from Gold back to Ivy. Your earned points stay with you — only your earn rate changes.
Points expire 12 months after they were earned if there's no account activity. As long as you're shopping with us occasionally, they stay.
Yes — points and coupon codes stack. You can use a referral discount, apply a coupon, and redeem points all on the same order.
