1 Ivy Point = ₹1. At checkout you can pay up to 10% of your cart with points on Select, 15% on Signature and 20% on Black. On a ₹2,000 cart that's up to ₹200, ₹300 or ₹400, as long as your balance covers it.
No. Creating an account enrols you in Select automatically. If you've ordered with us before, sign in and you'll find your card waiting.
Your tier's percentage of the order's final price, rounded down. A ₹3,000 order earns 120 points on Select, 240 on Signature and 450 on Black.
Returns are free during your tier's window: 7 days on Select, 10 on Signature, 15 on Black. If an order comes back, we don't want to claw points back. So points wait as pending until the order is delivered and the window closes, then they land in your balance. Pending ones are clearly marked in your history.
Yes. They earn the same way, once delivered and the window has closed. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded or never paid for don't earn.
By what you've spent over the last 2 years on orders that have been delivered and are past the 7-day window. Signature starts at ₹3,000, Black at ₹7,500. When you reach a tier it's locked in for 2 years from that day.
A tier you've reached stays for at least 2 years. When that period ends we look at your last 2 years of spend: if you still qualify, you stay and the 2 years start again. If not, you move to the tier your spend supports. The points you've already earned stay with you. Only your earn rate and perks change.
No. Never. They're yours until you spend them.
Yes. Referral discounts, coupons and points can all be used on the same order. The points cap applies to the cart value after the coupon.
Do the maths: spend ₹7,500 in a year and Black pays back ₹1,125 in points. The same spend on Select would return ₹300. Add the longest return window, the longest early access and the first pick on limited drops, and it earns its name.
