Cancel from your order page in My Account. Before it ships, cancellation and refund are instant. Once it has shipped you can request cancellation, or refuse delivery at the door, and the refund starts when the parcel is back with us. To change size or colour, we do not exchange: return the order and place a new one. Need a hand? message us on WhatsApp.

You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment your order ships. You can also log into your account, or use Track Order with your order id and phone number.

Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days in metros and 5–10 elsewhere.

No. Shipping is free on all orders, anywhere in India.

7 days from the date you receive the order — extended to 10 days for Club Ivy+ Signature members and 15 days for Black members. Items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed, with the Ivoric Return Seal still attached. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address.

Open the order in your account and tap Start a return or replacement. Choose the item, the reason, and add 2–5 photos (the Return Seal and the full product). We review within 24–48 hours and arrange a free pickup.

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, we start the refund. It reaches your original payment method in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Yes. Choose Replace it on your order page and pick the size or colour you want — only in-stock options are shown. Once approved we set the new piece aside, collect the original, and ship the replacement as soon as the original is back with us and checked.

Relaxed through the thigh, tapered at the ankle. Not skinny, not baggy — sits between. Every product page has a full size guide with waist and hip measurements.

Size up. The fit holds, and the fabric softens slightly with the first few washes. If it ends up too loose, you can ask for a replacement a size down from your order page.

Wash cold and air dry to keep the size stable. Hot washes and high-heat dryers will shrink almost any cotton.

It depends on the product. Every product page lists its own fabric, GSM, fit and care under Fabric & Construction.

Each product page has its own care line, and the garment carries a care label. As a general rule: wash cold with similar colours, inside out, skip the bleach, and hang dry or tumble dry low.
