Orders

How do I place an order?

Pick your size on the product page, tap Add to Cart, then Checkout. You'll be asked for your delivery address and payment method. We accept UPI, all major cards, and Cash on Delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes β€” write to us on WhatsApp (+91 79051 50529) or email hello@ivoric.in with your order ID and the change you need. Once it's out for delivery, we can't pull it back.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment your order ships. You can also log into your account to see live status.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are faster; remote pin codes can take a bit longer.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping is free on all orders, anywhere in India.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently deliver across India only. International shipping is on the roadmap β€” join the list and we'll let you know when it goes live.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

7 days from the date you receive the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address.

How do I start a return?

Log into your account and request a return on the relevant order, or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. We'll handle the rest.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. For COD orders, we'll collect your bank details for a direct transfer.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, if stock is available. Initiate a return, and on the form choose Exchange + the size you want. We'll send the replacement out when we receive your return.

Sizing & Fit

How do your cargos fit?

Relaxed through the thigh, tapered at the ankle. Not skinny, not baggy β€” sits between. Every product page has a full size guide with waist and hip measurements.

I'm between two sizes β€” what do I pick?

Size up. The fit holds, and the fabric softens slightly with the first few washes. If it ends up too loose, returns and exchanges are free.

Will the fabric shrink?

Our cotton twill is pre-treated to minimise shrinkage. Wash cold and air dry to keep things stable. Hot washes and high-heat dryers will shrink almost any cotton.

Product & Care

What's the fabric?

100% cotton twill, 300 GSM. Diagonal weave for structure and drape. Brushed metal trims, reinforced bartacks at stress points.

How do I care for my cargos?

Machine wash cold with similar colours, inside out to protect the surface. Don't bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron on medium heat if needed. They'll soften wash by wash.

Where are your clothes made?

India. Designed, cut, and stitched here in partnership with small workshops we visit often.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery.

Is online payment safe?

Yes. Payments are handled by Razorpay β€” bank-grade encrypted. We never see or store your card details.

Can I use a coupon code?

If you have one, apply it at the cart page before checkout. Active coupons (if any) are listed there too.
