1. General Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases.
• The site is run by Ivoric Lifestyle Private Limited, CIN U46419UP2025PTC226189, GSTIN 09AAICI2681J1Z6.
• Do not misuse the site: no hacking, virus injection, or IP infringement.
• We may suspend access for any policy violations.

2. Product Information and Pricing

• All products are Made in India under the Ivoric brand.
• Details are accurate, but minor variations may occur due to lighting/screen settings.
• Prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability can change. The price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
• If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and Payments

• Order placement confirms intent to buy.
• Payment via Razorpay, UPI, cards, wallets, etc.
• Failed payments result in unprocessed orders. If money was debited and no order was created, it is refunded by the payment gateway, usually within 5-7 business days.
• We may cancel an order we suspect is fraudulent or placed in error, with a full refund.
• Coupons: each coupon code carries its own conditions (validity, minimum order, eligible products), shown when you apply it. A code has no cash value, and we may withdraw a code that is used in a way it was not meant for.
• Ivy Points (Club Ivy+): 1 point = ₹1 off a later order, up to the share of the cart shown on the Club Ivy+ page for your tier. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are credited after the return window of the order closes, so a returned or cancelled order does not earn points. Points redeemed on an order that is cancelled or returned are credited back to your balance. We may correct or remove points added by error or through misuse.
• Referrals: one account per person. Referring yourself, or creating accounts to collect rewards, voids the reward and may lead to the accounts being closed. Reward terms are shown on the Refer & Earn page.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within India. Standard delivery is 3-10 business days depending on location. See the Shipping Policy.
• Delays may occur due to location or external factors.
• Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Returns follow our Returns & Refunds policy. To change size or colour, request a replacement from your order page (subject to stock), or return the order.
• You can cancel from your order page. Before the order leaves us, cancellation and refund are instant. After it has shipped, you can request cancellation, or refuse delivery at the door; the refund starts once the parcel is back with us.
• Refunds may be declined if the return conditions are not met.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, photos, and logos, is the intellectual property of Ivoric Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Accounts and Security

• You can log in with a phone OTP, Google, or email and password.
• You are responsible for your login security and for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account any time from My Account.
• Contact us immediately for suspicious activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, Ivoric is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution through communication. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Complaints can also go to the Grievance Officer in section 11, or to the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
